R.E.A.C.H. Summit Agenda — October 2-4, 2025

Philippians 4:13 says, “For I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”

As I pray for each of you right now, every detail of camp preparation, during camp and after camp, I pray that you will remember this encouraging word.

Strength is not merely physical; it’s the inner resolve, the unwavering faith that allows us to rise above challenges and adversities. This strength, rooted in faith, is what propels us to serve others, build relationships, and create communities where support and encouragement thrive.

When we lay it all at Jesus’ feet, we CAN do ALL things as He grants us the strength we need for every circumstance.

R.E.A.C.H. Summit is an event where we not only celebrate what God has done through Teen Reach and the dedicated volunteers and national team who serve, but we celebrate each other, the commonalities we share and our relationship.

In person connection is a rare thing in these days of isolation, virtual meetings and social media.

Our focus this year is keeping the youth we serve safer. We have an amazing keynote speaker and inspirational breakout presenters.

Our prayer every year is that you will be refreshed, inspired and informed, but more than anything, we hope you will come to connect and be encouraged.

As per norm, we have a block of rooms at the PDX Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center at almost half the normal rate. We start with a low-key, two-mile roundtrip hike on Thursday to Wahclella Falls with views of over seven different falls. The laughter, connection and simple beauty of God’s creation is a great way to start our time together. The rest of Thursday is open while the national team has meetings. At 7:30 PM, join us in the Garden Foyer for a Meet & Greet.

Friday morning, breakfast is served at 7:30 AM followed by worship and devotions.

Keynote speaker: Ronni Roney, T.R.A.C. Norman, OK Co-Director and National T.R.A.C. Trainer

Breakout Sections include:

  • Trust Based Relational Intervention – Applying the Core Pillars to the Youth we serve – Presenter: Amy Jones, TBRI Practitioner

  • Healthy Habits for Youth: Foundational Diet and Exercise Tips that can be applied at T.R.A.C. and T.R.A.C.life. Presenter: Mera Cosgrove

  • Back to the Basics - The models have evolved over the years. Get a REFRESH on the basics & best practices for camps and mentoring - Presenters: Will and Angela Prusia

  • From Awareness to Action: Engaging Your Church with Strategy, Story, and Media – Presenters: Serena Howell and Sarah Blankenship

On Saturday, a panel of veteran leaders will share some of their most creative elements to incorporate at camp and during mentoring. The cherry on top of an amazing time together is the Night of Hope Gala which begins at 5:30 PM.

I sure hope we get to see you this year. Blessings on each of you – I am so thankful you chose to partner with us to serve youth in foster care.

See you in October!

Serena
